Julia brings over 16 years of dedicated service as a sworn police officer, currently holding the esteemed position of Operations Bureau Lieutenant within the Seal Beach Police Department.

Throughout her distinguished career in law enforcement, Julia has consistently shattered barriers, earning titles such as "the first" and "the only" within her department's storied 100-year history.

Notably, she was the second female sergeant, the pioneering first female lieutenant, and, notably, the sole pregnant female officer within her agency.
